Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund(less shipping and handling). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Lead time for shipping is 2-3 days.

We could ship to any of the 48 continental United States, not including islands, remote areas, or addresses that the carriers consider inaccessible. These areas may not be serviced, or may be subject to additional delivery fees.  Curb-side delivery only! 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order with all stickers attached and in its original packaging. Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Elsa Bath Inc and will only be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit and there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Cancelling Orders & Modifying Orders

Once you place your order, you have one hour to cancel your order.  We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order once it has been finalized.  

Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized we will not be able to modify it. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original item price once we receive the item, shipping cost is not refundable) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes 15 days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Promotions and discount codes:

The promo code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.

Promo codes and discounts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. All promo codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, cannot be used once expired, have no cash value or be applied to previous purchases.  

Looking to return a product you got from another retailer?

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly for questions regarding refund.
